Shane Campano

Shane Campano is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in broker sales, customer success, and team leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Broker Sales at Inside Real Estate since November 2016, Shane consults brokers on maximizing software utilization for increased production and tech adoption. Shane's previous roles include Vice President of Customer Success, where management of a 15-member team focused on customer onboarding, and positions at Select CA Homes and Big Block Realty Inc. as a team leader. Additionally, Shane's career includes national sales leadership at Kunversion and marketing roles at several firms, establishing a strong foundation in real estate marketing and sales. Shane holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a high school diploma in Marketing from Vista High School.
