Steve Servais is an experienced leader in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Onboarding at Inside Real Estate since January 2020. In this role, Steve oversees customer onboarding, adoption, and training teams, facilitating impactful experiences for new customers ranging from individual agents to complex franchise networks. Previously, Steve was the Chief Operating Officer at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kansas City Homes, where leadership involved technology, marketing, operations, and human resources for a large brokerage. With earlier roles as Chief Operating Officer at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Bradfield Properties and Director of Business Consulting for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Steve has significant experience in operational leadership and consulting for franchise owners. Steve began the career in sales and marketing in the foodservice industry and holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University.
