Zach Pino

Zach Pino currently serves as Chief People Officer at Inside Real Estate, focusing on enhancing human capital initiatives following the acquisition of BoomTown. Previously, Zach held the same title at Quid and DigiCert, Inc., where responsibilities included supporting a global cybersecurity workforce of 1,800 during significant company transitions. Zach's experience also encompasses leadership roles at Ancestry, overseeing global HR functions and customer experience improvements, and extensive tenure at eBay, driving operational transformations and risk management across multiple departments. Earlier career highlights include positions at Starwood Hotels and a diverse range of roles before entering corporate leadership. Zach holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Utah and completed the Strategic Human Resources Leadership Program at Cornell University.
