Jonathan Lewell

Jonathan Lewell is an accomplished customer success and digital marketing professional with extensive experience across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as Customer Success Lead at Insider since January 2022, Jonathan manages a team of Customer Success Managers and oversees retention operations for enterprise clients in the UK. Jonathan has held multiple positions at Insider, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Account Director, where Jonathan managed key enterprise accounts and drove client renewals and expansions. Additionally, Jonathan co-founded Binky Barker, an eCommerce business specializing in orthopedic dog beds. Previously, Jonathan worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant, focusing on e-commerce strategies for various brands, and as a Digital Marketing Analyst at L'Oréal. Jonathan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from King's College London and studied marketing and management at the University of Toronto Scarborough.
