Gustavo Alves

Gustavo Alves is an experienced backend developer currently working at Insider Store since July 2023, focusing on scalable, resilient, and testable systems in cloud environments such as GCP and AWS, while also maintaining and enhancing existing Node.js systems. Previously, Gustavo held positions at Sallve from August 2021 to May 2023, contributing to eCommerce and internal product systems, including projects like the Sallve Loyalty Program and integrating with ERP and CRM systems. From January 2020 to August 2021, Gustavo led the technical team at ZENVIA for WhatsApp assistance services at Porto Seguro and developed a virtual assistant for customer service in automotive and home-related sectors. Gustavo's educational background includes an ongoing MBA in Cloud Computing & DevOps at Impacta Tecnologia and a degree in Systems Analysis and Development from the same institution, complemented by a technical education in Computer Science from ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo.
