Kai Drekmeier

Kai Drekmeier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership. As Co-founder and Chief Development Officer at InsideTrack since November 2000, Drekmeier has been instrumental in developing coaching programs, fostering business partnerships, and leading the organization. In addition, Drekmeier serves on the Board of Directors for Health Career Connections since March 2020, contributing to the organization's mission. Previously, Drekmeier co-founded Score Educational Centers, where significant contributions were made in performance management, professional development, recruiting, and business expansion. Drekmeier holds a degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, completed in 1991.
