Shannon Schlotz is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in student success coaching and program management, currently serving as Senior Program Director at InsideTrack since June 2012. Previous roles at InsideTrack include Program Director, Coach Supervisor, Quality Specialist, and Student Success Specialist and Coach, focusing on helping students identify and achieve academic and professional goals through tailored coaching. Prior to InsideTrack, Shannon worked as a Substitute Teacher at MESD and as Assistant Manager at Famous Footwear, along with serving as Assistant Coordinator at Corvallis Sports Park. Shannon holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Portland State University and a Bachelor's degree in English and Education from Oregon State University.
