Insight Behavioral Centers is the umbrella organization for Insight Recovery Centers (IRC) and Insight Into Action Therapy (IIAT), providing expert, evidence-based behavioral healthcare across the mental health and substance use spectrum.

Insight Into Action Therapy (IIAT) offers compassionate, individualized therapy for children, teens, adults, families, and couples. Our clinicians provide therapy, medication management, and psychological testing under one roof, specializing in co-occurring disorders, anxiety and mood concerns, neurodivergence, and relationship challenges. For more than a decade, IIAT has been a trusted provider in Loudoun and Fairfax Counties, earning Loudoun Chamber’s Small Business of the Year award in 2022.

Insight Recovery Centers (IRC) provides an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) where adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders engage in intensive group counseling, individual counseling, and family support to address the “why,” not just the behavior. In addition, IRC offers a dedicated moderation and harm-reduction track developed by nationally recognized experts in the field.
