Eric Schmidt has worked in the financial services industry since 2005, when they began their career at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. During their tenure there, they held various positions, including Training Manager, Regional Sales Director, Upper Midwest Region, Operations Director, Upper Midwest Region, Manager - Sr. Business Analyst, Financial Analyst - Broker/Dealer LFO, and Financial Analyst - Asset Management LFO. In 2013, Eric Schmidt co-founded Insight Brewing Company.

Eric Schmidt obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration With Distinction from the University of Iowa in 2002, having studied Finance from 1998.
