Tiffany Billingsley

Tiffany Billingsley started their work experience in 2005 at the University of Maryland as a Senior Field Representative. In this role, they analyzed student population, designed educational programs, educated students on higher learning, and implemented marketing strategies. Tiffany then transitioned to Synteract in 2013, where they worked as a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator until 2019. Finally, they joined Insight Clinical Consulting in 2019 as a Clinical Data Manager Consultant.

Tiffany Billingsley completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Maryland Global Campus in the years 2004 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master of Public Administration / Management from Bowie State University from 2006 to 2008.
