Amy Amy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and management. Currently serving as the Director of Commercial Sales – West at Insight since November 2022, Amy previously held roles including Sr Sales Manager for the Southeast region and Sr Director of Sales at LiveVox, where contributions were made to advance cloud contact center innovations. With a solid foundation in team management and client relations established over a decade at Insight, Amy's earlier career involved leadership in Child Services, creating curricula and managing finances, as well as serving as an Operator/TPM Coordinator at TRW Automotive. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
