Emily James Hansen

Emily James Hansen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Manager of BU Operations at Insight and formerly as Senior Manager of Portfolio Solutions (Digital) in Kidney Care at CVS Health. Emily's career also includes roles as Senior Project Manager at Insight and Solutions Lead/Project Manager at Cardinal Solutions, in addition to serving as an Instructional Designer and Technical Writer at Queen Consulting Group. Emily holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Middle Tennessee State University, earned in 2011, and a Bachelor's degree in English from the same institution, completed in 2007.
