John Jones

John Jones is currently the Director of Microsoft Business Applications at Insight for the APAC region, specializing in Dynamics 365, Azure, and application architecture. Previously, they served as an Executive Director at TTEC Digital and have held various roles including Consulting Practice Director and Dynamics 365 Technical Director at HCLTech. John’s extensive experience spans positions such as CRM Practice Lead at OBS and Senior Developer at Crisp Thinking. They hold a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Distributed and Internet Application Architecture from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
