Michelle Reid

Michelle Reid is a Software Licensing Specialist at Insight since June 2022 and serves as a Senior Client Operations Manager at Insight Public Sector since February 2020, focusing on supporting pre and post-sales opportunities and managing Microsoft agreements for Utah state and local government. Previously, Michelle worked as an Inside Sales Representative at PCM from January 2018 to February 2020, and as a Client Experience Manager at Greenway Medical from February 2014 to January 2017. With extensive experience as a Customer Experience Manager at Greenway Health and a Client Relationship Manager at Vitera Healthcare Solutions, Michelle has been instrumental in developing and maintaining strong business relationships with enterprise-level customers. Michelle began a career in sales at Sage, where the journey started in 1998. Michelle holds an Associate's degree in Legal Secretary from Aquinas College in Milton, MA.
