Z Tinoco is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, training, and communication. As Chief of Staff at Insight since February 2014, Z has successfully supported the President and CEO in driving strategic alignment and operational excellence. Previous roles at Insight include Leadership & Team Development Manager, Sr. Diversity, Leadership & Organizational Development Specialist, Sales Enablement Coach, and Sr. Training Facilitator, showcasing a commitment to developing talent and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Z also has freelance experience as a Sports Writer and Content Creator, specializing in coverage of the Mexico National soccer team, along with a background in education as an Adjunct Faculty member. In addition, Z has entertained audiences as a stand-up comedian and possesses technical skills in video editing and production.
