Eric Martin, PMP, CSM, is an experienced Program Manager and Agile Coach with a strong focus on medical device development and software engineering. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Insight Global, Eric leads innovative mobile app development for Boston Scientific, utilizing extensive knowledge in software development to enhance patient care. Previous roles include Principal Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Medtronic, Release Train Engineer at Sunstream and Trane, and Principal Project Manager at Fairview Health Services. Eric's expertise encompasses agile transformations, product delivery across global teams, and the implementation of data management solutions.
