Eric Schreiner

Eric Schreiner serves as the Chief Customer Officer and EVP of Customer Success & Renewal at Spryker since February 2021. Prior to this role, Eric worked at SAP Customer Experience from May 2017 to January 2021 as the SVP - Global Head of Customer Success & Renewal and Regional VP of Customer Success & Renewals for MEE. Eric's tenure at SAP spanned from June 2010 to April 2017, holding positions including SAP Account Director and Engagement Architect, as well as earlier roles of Technical Quality Manager and SAP Support Consultant starting from April 2004. Eric holds a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieur from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology obtained from 1998 to 2003.
