Harvey Busby

Harvey Busby, CPA, CMA, currently serves as Director of Accounting at Insight Global since May 2024. Previously, Harvey held the position of Corporate Controller at somafina from September 2023 to February 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing month-end close processes, financial reporting for private equity investors, and optimizing customer billing procedures. From May 2015 to September 2023, Harvey worked at Halperns' Steak & Seafood as U.S. Specialty Controller & Head of Finance, driving financial performance across multiple distribution centers and implementing a multi-divisional Annual Operating Plan. Harvey's earlier experience includes roles in financial integration, auditing, and accounting with various organizations, including Aprio and The Home Depot. Academic credentials include dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and History from The University of Georgia.
