Katie Archer

Katie Archer is a highly experienced professional in operations and revenue management, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Insight Global since May 2005. With a progressive career at Insight Global, Katie has held several key positions, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Revenue, overseeing multiple teams and departments within the company. Prior to these roles, Katie managed accounts receivable and billing operations, demonstrating expertise in collections, client relationship management, and operational efficiency. In addition to extensive experience in staffing and revenue management, Katie served as a Chapter Consultant for Phi Mu Fraternity, bridging collegiate chapters with National Headquarters. Katie holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Appalachian State University.
