Sheldon Parmer

Sheldon Parmer is an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on security, continuous improvement, and system administration. Currently serving as Team Lead at Insight Global since July 2018, Sheldon oversees the protection of IT infrastructure and has conducted security assessments for over 5,000 servers and 289 applications. Previously, roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise included Continuous Improvement Manager, Lean Program Manager, and Problem Manager, where Sheldon spearheaded initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. With a history of executive positions at DXC Technology, Compaq Computer Corporation, and earlier positions as a System Analyst, Sheldon possesses extensive expertise in managing critical IT operations and implementing process improvements across diverse environments. Sheldon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Mobile, earned in 1992.
