James Harner

James Harner, LCAS, CCS, serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at Insight Human Services, Inc. and as the Clinical Officer at Partnership for a Drug Free NC, both since November 2011. Harner holds a Master of Divinity degree from Duke University - The Divinity School (1984-1987) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Castleton University (1981-1984).
