Stephanie Shu

Stephanie Shu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and quantitative strategy design. Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager for Efficient Beta at Insight Investment since September 2021, Stephanie previously held the position of Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager focused on Fixed Income Efficient Beta at Mellon for nearly 21 years. There, Stephanie designed systematic strategies for clients and managed significant fixed income active and ETF funds, achieving a top AUM of 5 billion USD. At Gifford Fong Associates, as Vice President and Project Manager, Stephanie oversaw research teams and developed a derivative pricing modeling tool. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from Fudan University.
