Tom Owen

Tom Owen has had a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Tom began their career as a Graduate Joiner at Logica in 1983 and worked there until 1986. Tom then moved on to Unisoft Business Systems, where they worked as a Consultant from 1986 to 1988. Following this, they joined Anite as a Principal Consultant from 1988 to 1993. In 1993, Tom started working as a Freelance consultant until 2003. During this time, they also founded NUB Support in 1996 and worked as its Founder until 2001. Since 2003, Tom has been working at Insight Investment, initially joining as an infrastructure support technician and progressing to become Head of IT Security. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Information Risk.

Tom Owen completed a BSc in Physics from Imperial College London between 1979 and 1982. Tom then pursued an MSc in Computer Engineering from the same institution, graduating in 1983.
