Victor Tavares

Victor Tavares, CFA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment risk analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Risk Analyst at Insight Investment since September 2021, Victor focuses on Active Fixed Income strategies across various asset classes, including global rates and foreign exchange. Prior to this role, Victor was a VP at Mellon from February 2018 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing all Active Fixed Income strategies. Additionally, Victor held the position of Senior Portfolio Analyst at Standish Mellon Asset Management from August 2005 to February 2018, collaborating with a Portfolio Manager to expand product offerings in Emerging Markets. Victor holds a Master of Science in Investment Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Salve Regina University.
