Jake Sorrell

Jake Sorrell is an experienced analyst currently working at HPI Real Estate Services & Investments since June 2021, where responsibilities include conducting multifamily and single-family rental submarket analysis and researching properties related to rents, tax rates, schools, zoning, and site constraints. Prior to this role, Jake acquired valuable experience through a job shadowing position at JLL from January to May 2021, gaining insights into the multi-housing sector by attending meetings, conference calls, and property tours. Additionally, from June 2015 to August 2016, Jake worked as a staff member at Camp Longhorn, supervising and mentoring children aged eight to sixteen while teaching essential life skills. Jake holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University and graduated from Lake Travis High School.
