Jeff Adams

Jeff Adams is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in healthcare and organizational development. Currently serving as Human Resources Director and previously as Human Resources Manager at Insight Meditation Society since 2017, Jeff collaborates with executive leadership to implement effective HR strategies and manage comprehensive HR responsibilities. Prior roles include Practice Manager and Human Resource and Compliance Manager at The Aesthetic Wellness Center, where oversight of HR functions was a key focus, and Hospital Operations Manager at Tufts University, directing clinical and administrative services. Jeff's career also encompasses significant positions at UMass Memorial Medical Center and Reliant Medical Group, where strategic initiatives in HR and operations were developed.
