Mia DeBarbieri

For almost two and a half decades, Mia DeBarbieri has been a noteworthy leader in the fields of banking, telecommunications and senior healthcare. In her current capacity, Mia serves as the Director of Patient Access for Capital Caring Health, a well-renowned non-profit organization. She is responsible for helming a team of professionals that provide daily intake and admission support to patients and families in need of Hospice and Advanced Illness care. Prior to working for Capital Caring Health, Mia was the Director of Community Relations for a prominent Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Reston, VA. It was during this time that her passion for advocating for those with memory-related challenges flourished. Mia attended the University of Maryland, holds a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator designation, and supports a variety of local organizations in a volunteer capacity. Animal rescue being one of her other biggest passions.
