Leahjean M. Denley

Leahjean M. Denley, MBA, currently serves as the Sports Editor at Insight News and co-founded Tall Girls United, LLC. Denley has extensive leadership experience, holding positions such as Founder and Executive Director of the Frazier Foundation's Diamond in the Rough Fellowship and Founder and CEO of The INSTITUTE for Arts & Academic Leadership & Athletic eXcellence, LLC (AALAX). Additional roles include Graphics Administrator/Producer for Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church, Advisor for Houston Responds, and Administrator of Athletic Programs at Genesis Christian School. Denley also held the role of Coordinator for Civic Engagement & Community Service Center at Governors State University and served as the Athletic Director for the Texas Christian Athletic League. Denley's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Texas Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications with a Journalism concentration from Tennessee Technological University.
