Degreat Michael has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2017 as an Office/Research Assistant at Barakhel Services. Degreat then served as an Account Instructor during their National Youth Service Corps in 2018. In the same year, they began working as a Blogger at Steemit, a role they held until December 2021. From April 2021 to March 2022, they worked as a Credit Officer at Phillips Outsourcing Limited (POL). In 2020, they started working as a Freelance Writer, providing writing and marketing services independently. In 2022, Degreat Michael took on the roles of a Content Writer & Chief Editor at Greatcrackers and an SEO Content Writer & Editor at Upwork. In 2023, they joined Insight.ng as an SEO Content Writer.
Degreat Michael completed their education at two institutions. From 2010 to 2013, they attended the Federal College of Education (Tech) Akoka, where they earned a National Certificate in Education (NCE) with a field of study in Accounting education. Following that, from 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Bsc (Ed) degree in Business Education (Accounting) at the University of Benin.
In addition to their formal education, Degreat Michael obtained two certifications. In April 2022, they completed the "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" course offered by Google Digital Skills For Africa. In July 2022, they also completed the "Jobberman Accelerated Soft Skills Training" program provided by Jobberman Youth Engagement & Learning.
