Billie Smaltz

Billie Smaltz has extensive experience in human resources, accounting, and event planning, currently serving in shared services human resources at Hobbs & Associates, Inc. since January 2001, where responsibilities include meeting administrative needs and promoting training programs. In addition, Billie holds the position of accounting manager, overseeing accounts payable functions and implementing best practices. Since March 2016, Billie has also worked as a travel and event planner for Insight Partners, coordinating events and itineraries. Prior experience includes serving as an administrative assistant at Issues & Answers Network, Inc. from January 1994 to January 2001, where clerical support and training were key duties. Billie's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and corrections from Kaplan University, as well as a bachelor's of science in legal and psychology from Professional Schools, supplemented by studies at Liberty University.
