Dale's earlier career includes roles at Michael Waltrip Racing, Mayfield Motorsports, and Rudd Performance Motorsports, showcasing expertise in contract management, marketing, and team operations. Dale holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
