Andrew Starker

Since joining Insight in 2017, he's been largely focused on unsexy industries like banking, insurance, compliance, and payments — all application software and technology in massive end markets where archaic systems and regulation dominate. He fundamentally believe these dynamics create the greatest opportunity for disruption, making the work all the more exciting.

Prior to Insight, he worked at Compound investing in early-stage technology companies and Balyasny Asset Management analyzing public technology, media, and telecommunications companies.

He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Science, Technology, and Society and a minor in Engineering Entrepreneurship.
