Boris Treskunov

Boris joined Insight in 2016. He focuses on investments in both high-growth and mature software businesses, and is responsible for executing transactions and assisting in portfolio management post-close. He currently sits on the board of Illuminate Education, Key Data Systems, and Campaign Monitor, and works with Insight’s investment in Ministry Brands.

Prior to joining Insight, Boris was an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where he helped advise on numerous M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts, spin-offs, and debt and equity offerings. He has also previously worked as a Software Engineer at Google.

Boris graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S.E. in Computer Science from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School.
