While at Stanford, he loved the culture of entrepreneurship where students would work on ideas that tackled challenging problems in the wider world; He had the chance to work with a number of startups throughout college, from inception as an early-stage investor at the DormRoomFund to an advisor at an investment bank. After spending time as a growth equity investor at General Atlantic and late-stage private equity investor at Permira, he co-founded his first company building a software platform for restaurants in Japan. In early 2021, he moved back to the U.S. to join Centerview Partners, helping large technology companies think through business strategy, investor messaging, and M&A. Starting in early 2022, he joined Insight in NYC where he now focus on early and growth-stage opportunities to partner with businesses.
