Phillip Balakirsky

Phillip Balakirsky is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate in Diligence & Growth Strategy at Insight Partners since September 2020, after a progression from Analyst within the same team. Prior to this, Phillip worked at Vheda Health from June 2015 to May 2020 as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where responsibilities included analyzing claims data, leading application development sprints, managing quality assurance, and creating key performance indicator tracking systems. Phillip's earlier role as a Business Analyst involved conducting market research, overseeing implementation of care packages, and developing the company’s website. Phillip graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2020 with degrees in Commerce and International Studies, and participated in an exchange program at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
