Wubalem Sefer

Wubalem has more than 10 years of experience in the accounting field, including 6 years in pricing and contracts administration. Working across Insight projects, she is skilled in developing cost proposals; monitoring contract execution, extension, renewal, and termination; preparing agreements; and maintaining contract databases.

Prior to joining Insight, Wubalem was contract manager at Leed Management Consulting, where she developed cost proposals; coordinated with project directors to deliver responsive bids and proposals; oversaw the contract management process; and developed specific standards for bidding, submission, and contract negotiations. She also prepared and reviewed subcontractor, vendor, and consultant agreements and conducted pre-and post-award discussions. Wubalem holds a master’s degree in accounting, with a minor in information systems.
