Phillip Poteet

Phillip Poteet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and military operations. Currently serving at Insight Technology Solutions in the Department of Homeland Security's Program Accountability and Risk Management, Phillip has previously held significant roles at Unified Business Technologies (UBT), Inc. and within the US Army. Notably, as a Product Manager at the US Army, Phillip managed a $439 million networked munitions program, overseeing all phases of the acquisition life cycle for critical weapon systems. Phillip's leadership roles included directing soldier systems development and testing for multi-million dollar systems acquisitions, as well as managing vehicle fleets and technology development contracts worth billions. Phillip holds an MBA in Management from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business and a BA in Psychology from Texas Tech University.
