Lara T. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lara currently holds a position as the Partner Success Team Lead for Insight Timer, a global company. Prior to this, they were the Head of International Markets for the same company. Lara also served as the Market Manager for Portuguese Speaking Markets at Insight Timer.
In 2022, Lara co-founded Sensativa Senses and took on the role of Chief Marketing Officer.
Before that, they worked as a Teacher at N.O.S Escola in 2018. Prior to that, they were a Trade Marketing Manager at L'Oréal from 2018 to 2020.
From 2015 to 2018, Lara worked as a Trade Marketing Manager at Sanofi.
Lara started their career at Johnson & Johnson in 2011. Lara held various positions such as Marketing Coordinator, Trade Marketing Analyst, Sales Planning Trainee, and Marketing Trainee for the company.
In 2008, Lara began their professional journey as a Marketing Intern at Nextel Telecomunicações and later became a Marketing Analyst.
Lara T. completed their undergraduate education from 2007 to 2010 at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, where they obtained a degree in Advertising and Marketing. In 2017, they attended N.O.S Escola - Natural, Orgânico, Saudável and earned a Natural Chef & Health Coach certification, specializing in Holistic Health.
In terms of post-graduate studies, Lara pursued a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu (a type of post-graduate specialization) from 2021 to 2022 at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Their field of study during this period focused on Positive Psychology, Wellness Science, and Self-Realization.
Moreover, Lara has also obtained two additional certifications. In 2017, they completed the GTD - Get Things Done - Fundamentos/Nível 01: Dominando o Fluxo de Trabalho course provided by Call Daniel. Furthermore, in 2022, they participated in and received a certificate from Hyper Island's Innovation Hacks program.
