Dr. Katerina Rozakis, PhD, LCSW, DAPA, BCIM, is an accomplished professional in the fields of psychotherapy and wellness, serving as the CEO and Founder of Insight for Wellness Center since 1999. Katerina specializes in integrative psychotherapy, health and wellness coaching, cancer support, and senior mental health, overseeing a range of therapeutic services including CBT and psycho-oncology. In addition to leading the Club E.A.S.E.™️ Weight Loss For LIFE™️ Program at Insight Wellness Center, Katerina has contributed as a writer for GEV Magazine and held a board position at Heaven's Door Cancer Foundation. Katerina is also recognized for inventing the Loving Baby Swaddle Blanket and facilitating family support groups. Academic training was completed at the University of Maryland.
