Naomi Verghese

Naomi Verghese worked at Insight222 as the Senior Director for Research & Events, as well as the Senior Director for the Insight222 People Analytics Program®. Before that, Naomi was the Director at Barclays as the Head of People Analytics Partnering. Naomi also held positions as a Business Manager in HR for Global Functions and Global Markets at Barclays. Additionally, Naomi worked as a Reward Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, Barclays UK, and as an HR Data Administrator at ING. Naomi started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Sainsbury's after completing their education with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in History from Royal Holloway, University of London.
