Kim West

Kim West, Ed.D., is the Chief Executive Officer of insight2execution (i2e LLC) and the Executive Director of Phygital Labs. They lead efforts to redefine coaching and learning in the digital age. They have previously served as a Microsoft Fellow and Master Trainer (2013–2014), a High School Social Studies Teacher at Tesla STEM High School (2012–2013), and an Instructional Technology Specialist in the Kent School District (1998–2008) and Lake Washington School District (2008–2012). They are an adjunct professor at Seattle University and Seattle Pacific University, a role they have held since 2004. They earned a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Washington (2013–2015).
