Kirsty Elder

Kirsty Elder is an experienced professional in project and change management, currently serving as Delivery Manager for Programme Delivery at Insights since December 2023. Previously, Kirsty held the position of Project & Change Manager in the Change Management Office at Insights from October 2022 to August 2023. Prior to that, Kirsty worked at Kin + Carta Europe as a Talent Associate and accumulated extensive experience at Insights in various roles including Customer Implementation Manager, Client Project Manager, Enterprise Global Sales Support Coordinator, and Regional Client Support Coordinator from May 2016 to November 2021. Kirsty's early career included positions at The University of Dundee as an Admissions Enquiry Information Assistant and Tesco PLC as a Recruitment Advisor and Customer Service Manager. Kirsty holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR Management and completed an Introduction to Human Resource Management course at West College Scotland.
