Madelon Kuiper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, consultancy, and change management. Currently serving as a Regional Learning Consultant at Insights since September 2023, Madelon has previously held roles such as Docent Marketing and Lecturer at Nova College, Cyber Security Consultant at Northwave, and various teaching and coaching positions at ROC van Amsterdam | Flevoland. Notably, Madelon worked as a Program Manager for Change Management and Learning & Development at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and led the Data Analytics Learning Lab at KPN, focusing on enhancing data skills within the organization.
