Niki Aikenhead

Niki Aikenhead is an experienced Cloud Engineer with a strong background in IT support and service delivery, currently employed at Insights since January 2020. Niki has held multiple roles, including Cloud Administrator and Service Delivery Analyst, focusing on the IT ticketing system and providing first-time fixes to a global staff base. Prior experience includes positions at Abertay University as a Service Delivery Officer, at Perth & Kinross Council as an IT Technician, and various roles in support services at the University of Dundee and Falck Safety Services. Niki holds a Master of Science in Computing from the University of Dundee and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Multimedia Development from Abertay University.
