Patricia Mota

Patricia Mota, MPA, currently serves as Chief Member at a leading organization since January 2023 and is a Co-Founder of SHENIX Fintech, where efforts focus on developing financial solutions to address wealth disparities among underserved communities, particularly Latinas. As President and CEO of the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement since August 2010, Patricia leads strategic initiatives that bolster community and professional development, while managing partnerships with Fortune 500 companies. Experience includes roles in admissions outreach at Ivy Tech Community College, with notable success in increasing Hispanic student enrollment, and various leadership positions at non-profit organizations. Educational credentials include a Master's in Public Administration from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, alongside additional certifications from Georgetown University and Northwestern University.
