Tanya Boyd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and education, currently serving as Principal Product Content and Engine Manager at Insights since April 2013. Tanya has held various roles including Product and Learner Experience Architect and Practitioner Development Manager, overseeing a global team dedicated to the education and development of Insights Practitioners. Tanya has designed standard learning journeys across multiple expertise areas and provided custom design support for clients globally. Prior positions include Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at Collective Brands, Inc., and Instructor of Management at Seattle Pacific University. Tanya holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, along with degrees in Divinity and English from the University of Dubuque and the University of Washington, respectively.
