Keith Hayes

Keith Hayes has extensive experience in technical support and consultancy, currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and Senior Technical Consultant at insightsoftware since October 2006, following the acquisition of Global Software Inc. in June 2006. Prior to this role, Keith held various positions including Managing Director at KDH Computing Limited from March 1996 to October 2006, and Information Systems Consultant and IT Manager at Video Arts from July 2004 to April 2006. Additional roles include Information Systems Consultant positions at Lee Cooper and Seagram, as well as senior programming and analyst roles at Zenith Insurance, Allied Domecq Spirits Wine, Parker Pens, Clothkits Ltd, and American Express, starting from June 1983. Keith is a graduate of Littlehampton Community School, completing studies from 1974 to 1979.
