Michelle Heck

Michelle Heck serves as the Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner at insightsoftware since April 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle was with Sphera from April 2017 to April 2022, holding positions such as Sr. Director and Director of Human Resources, as well as HR Business Partner. Previous experience also includes roles in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at Expedia, Inc. from August 2013 to April 2017, and recruitment positions at Slalom Consulting and Aerotek Architecture & Engineering. Michelle obtained a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Iowa, graduating in 2010, and completed high school at Naperville North High School in 2006.
