Paul Coughlan

Paul Coughlan MBA is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the technology and retail sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director at insightsoftware since June 2019, Paul previously held various leadership positions at Oracle, where responsibilities included overseeing sales executives and managers for ERP, EPM, and HCM SaaS applications. Previous roles also include Head of Purchasing at Cognex Corporation and Business Development Director at Freeflow, focusing on SaaS solutions for Fortune 100+ clients. Paul has experience in marketing with Atlantic Bridge and in logistics both at Microsoft and 3Com. Paul’s career began at Marks & Spencer, managing retail operations. Paul holds an MBA in Business Administration from The Open University.
