Christian Watson

Christian Watson is the head of trading at Insigneo Financial Group. Christian has over fifteen years of experience in the financial industry, having started their career as an intern at Merrill Lynch in 2002. Christian then worked as a trader at Global Investor Services, LC from January 2005 to August 2017. In this role, they were responsible for executing trades, maintaining relationships with broker/dealers, and gathering market data and research. Christian also served as a mutual fund relationship manager and assisted in all facets of trade and client support.

Christian Watson has an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, a BBA in Finance from Florida International University - College of Business, and a certification from FINRA in Municipal Securities Principal - Series 53. Christian also has a certification from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in General Securities Principal, a certification from FINRA in Operations Professional, a certification from FINRA in Equity Trader, a certification from FINRA in Investment Banking Representative, a certification from FINRA in General Securities Representative, and a certification from FINRA in Registered Options Principal.

They work with Helen Lumpuy - Senior Compliance Officer, Insigneo Securities, Guillermo Broukaert - Market Head, Uruguay, and Vicente Martin - Head of Structured Products. Christian Watson reports to Raul Henriquez, Chairman & CEO.
